Presale orders will only be accepted until end of day March 4th 2024 and estimated to arrive in late May 2024
All presale orders placed during a presale offer are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-returnable upon arrival. All arrival times are estimated and are not guaranteed.
A 50% Non-Rufundable Deposit is required and must be received prior to the cutoff date in order for the products you selected to be considered in the order. Once your order is received you will be sent an invoice requesting the deposit.
Once your deposit is received, at the end of the presale your products will be included in the order and will arrive in approximately 12-16 weeks time and can either be picked up in store or forwarded to your location. Shipping charges are not included in the presale offer and will be calculated and charged separately accordingly with the products you chose and shipping location. Orders that have been placed through the presale site and that have not received the deposit will not be considered for the presale and will simply be deleted. No Exceptions.
Orders can only be placed through www.cewdecor.com Simply add the products that interest you to your cart and complete the checkout process. No payment is required immediately upon checkout, however deposits must be received by the end of the presale closing date. If you wish you may continue to either make payments during the waiting period or simply pay the balance once the products have physically arrived. Either way we will contact you at this time in order to make the necessary arrangements in order for you to take possession of your items. If any of your presale items require shipping we will obtain a shipping quote based upon your total order volume once the items arrive and are ready for shipping to their final destination. MOQ's apply to all products.

Drapes: 10 per colour
Tablecloths: 10 per color
Napkins: 300 per color
For example: You want 120" round tablecloths in emerald green and blush pink. You need to order 10 of each colour.
In the event that you are looking for less then the required MOQ you can contact us by email at contact@calgaryeventwholesale.com and inquire if Iwe have other orders for the product and colour and product that you want. If this is the case we can certainly piggy back on those orders.
